IPTION ,OF TEr~RITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO T~!E CITY 0F ,,PLEASANTO~ <br /> <br /> A_NNEXATION NO. 24 - FOOTHILL A~.X "C" <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginnin~ at the intersection of the existing §eneral northerly boundary <br />line of the City of Pleasanton, as said boundary line was established in the Order <br />of Incorporation of the To~n of Pleasanton, filed June 11, 1894, in Minute Book <br />15 of the Board of Supervisors Of Alameda County, at page 322 thereof, with the <br />general southwesterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Edwin E. <br />Orloff and Amy Orloff, his ~fe, to the County of Alameda, by deed dated April 11, <br />1949, and recorded in Book 5?82 of Official Records, at page 261 thereof, Records <br />of Alameda County, California, and running the~we in a general northwesterly <br />direction along said general southwesterly line,~said southwesterly line being <br />also the southwesterly right of way line of Hopyard Road, a County road, to an <br />intersection thereof with the southwesterly right of way line of County Road No. <br />2578, cormnonly known as Hopyard Road, 80.00 feet in width; thence nort~*esterly <br />along last said southwesterly right of Tray line and continuing northwesterly and <br />northerly along the southwesterly and westerly right of way lines of County Road <br />No. 2961, cozmaon!y known as Hopyard P~ad, 80.00 feet in width, to the north~ester!y <br />line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Oakland Title Insurance and <br />Guaranty Co., a corporation, to Howard C. Hansen and Virginia C. Hansen, his wife, <br />by deed dated May 4, 1945, and recorded May 9, 1945, in Book 4706 of Official <br />Records at page 199 thereof, Kecords of Alameda County, California; thence south- <br />westerly along said northwesterly line to the most southerly comer of that certain <br />parcel of laird conveyed by Spring Valley Co., Ltd., a Callfo~nia corporation, to <br /> <br /> <br />
