CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> SLATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 3363 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING NO MAJORITY PROTEST <br />MADE ON HEARING ON ANNEXATION NO. 22, <br />PLEASANTON-SUNOL ANNEX B. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. At the time set for hearing protests on Annexation No. <br />22, Pleasanton-Sunol Annex "B', set and held pursuant to Section <br />35313 of the Government Code of the State of California, the <br />City Council does hereby make the following finding: <br /> <br /> a) No protest was made by owners of <br /> private property. <br /> <br /> b) No public property was included in <br /> said annexation. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council hereby finds and declares that no <br />majority protest has been made. <br /> <br /> 3. The City officers are hereby directed to proceed to <br />complete the annexation of said territory to the City. <br /> <br />Dated: February 18, 1963. <br /> <br />John L.
