CITY OF PLEASAN¥ ? <br /> COUNTY OF ALAM EF_.,'f', <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />I~I~OLLITION NO.~ ~ 9 0 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Francisco has broken ground and <br />dedicated the James H. Turner dam on San Antonio Creek in <br />Pleasanton Township; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, James H. Turner, <br />San Francisco Water Department, <br />the Pleasanton area; and <br /> <br />Superintendent of the City of <br />is well known to the people of <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the name of said dam in honor of James H. Turner <br />is a fitting tribute to a great public servant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton in behalf <br />of all persons of the Pleasanton area do hereby join in and <br />extend congratulations to the Honorable James H. Turner upon this <br />date. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does particularly express its apprec- <br />iation to the Honorable James H.
