The Contract for construction of public works <br /> described below is hereby awarded to FOSTER and MALONEY, <br /> 135 South Pastoria Avenue, Sunnyvale, California, for the <br /> sum of $16,965.00, pursuant to their bid opened April 15, 1963. <br /> <br /> 2. Said work consists of Capital Improvement Project <br />No. 1963-3, pursuant to plans and specifications approved <br />by Resolution No. 3379, adopted .April 1, 1963, for construction <br />of the water line connecting the existing Main Street and <br />First Street Water lines. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Officers are hereby authorized to execute <br />said contract in behalf of the City. <br />ADOPTED: April 15, 1963. <br /> <br /> × .
