CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1066 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 78 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE NORTHERN TERMINUS OF MARTIN AVENUE SOUTH AND ACROSS THE ARROYO MOCHO CANAL FROM THE PLEASANTON MEADOWS TO THE PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately 78 acre site located at the northern terminus of Martin Avenue and just south and across the Arroyo Mocho Canal from the Pleasanton Meadows area to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on December 13, 1982; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 13, 1982; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 78 acre site located at the northern terminus of Martin Avenue and just south and across the Arroyo Mocho Canal from the Pleasanton Meadows area to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #267, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated December 13, 1982, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
