CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> SLATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ; 409 <br />~R E.~O{JJT~3 {~ NO.__ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL BUDGET FOR <br /> FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1964. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the Cit~ of Pleasanton does hereby <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Final Budget for the City of Pleasanton for the <br />fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, a copy of which is on file with <br />the City Clerk, is hereby adopted for the City of Pleasanton for <br />the fiscal year ending June 30, 1964, and the several amounts <br />stated therein are hereby appropriated for the various objects <br />therein described. <br /> <br />2. The total expenditures of said budget are as follows: <br /> <br />OPERATING, GENERAL FUND <br />TRANSFERS <br />OPERATING, SEWER AND DRAINAGE <br /> SERVICES <br />SPECIAL PURPOSES <br /> <br />Totals <br /> <br />$371,833.00 <br /> 24,867.00 <br /> <br /> 36,605.00 <br /> 208~093.00 <br /> <br />$641,398.00 <br /> <br /> 3. Subject to official assessed valuation figures from <br />Alameda County, the expected tax rate in 1963-64 is as follows: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND $ 1.00 <br />BOND INTEREST and REDEMPTION .33 <br />PARKS AND RECREATION .05 <br /> Total --~ <br /> <br /> 4. That the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized <br />to make expenditures of the appropriated funds, provided that an <br />expenditure for items costing in excess of Two Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) shall first be approved by resolution <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br /> 5. That the City Council does hereby approve salary recom- <br />mendations in City Administrator's Report No. 20, dated June 10, <br />1963, and does hereby authorize expenditure for said increased <br />employee compensation to be made effective July 15, 1963. <br /> <br /> 6. That the City Council is authorized to transfer funds by <br />resolution from one department to another, and to transfer and <br />authorize the expenditure of funds from the various unapplied <br />appropriations, and from the various Fund Accounts for specific <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> 7.
