DESCI~ImI~O1] OF TERRITORY TO BE A~EXED TO T~, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANI'IEXATION N.O~. 31.~ A~k~DOR VALLEY ANNEX "D" <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the existing general northerly boundary <br />line of the City of Pleasantoh, as said boundary line was established in the Order <br />of Incorporation of the Town of Pleasanton, filed June 11, 1894, in Minute Boor <br />16 of the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County, at page 322 thereof, with the <br />general southwesterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Edwin E. <br />Orloff and Amy Orloff, his wife, to the County of Alameda, by deed dated April Il, <br />1949, and recorded in Book 5782 of Official Records, at page 261 thereof, Records <br />of Alameda County, California, and running thence tn a general northwesterly <br />d~rection along said general southwesterly line, said southwesterly line being <br />also the southwesterly right-of-way line of Ropyard Road, a County Road, to an <br />intersection thereof with the southwesterly right-of-way line of County Road No. <br />2578, c~nly known as Hopyard Road, 80.00 feet in width; thence northwesterly <br />along last said southwesterly right-of-way line to the point of intersection <br />thereof with the direct extension westerly of the northerly right-of-way line of <br />County Road No. 78Z0, co~only known as Black Avenue, 60.00 feet in width; thence <br />easterly along last said extension and continuing easterly along the northerly <br />right-of-way line of said County Road No. 7820 to an intersection with the genera] <br />westerly line of that certain parcel of land described in the deed by Spring <br />Valley Company, Ltd., a corporation, to Thomas Orloff, dated January 25, 1944, 8nd <br />recorded March 4, 1944, in Boor 4500 of Official Records of Alameda County, at <br /> <br /> Page 376, said westerly line being the fourteenth course in said deed desigmated <br /> 8-30-63 <br /> <br /> <br />
