CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1064 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, <br /> INC., ET AL., TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 58 ACRES OF <br /> LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST COtNER OF OAKLAND <br /> AND MOHR AVENUES TO ALLOW A PHASED MIXED DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. , Everett and Dixie KamD, <br /> Merle and Paul Kral, and Helen Crouch applied to <br /> have an approximately 58 acres of land located at <br /> the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues <br /> rezoned to allow a phased mixed density residential <br /> project; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> December 13, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission ' s recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 13, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 58 acre <br /> site locate~- at the northeast corner of Oakland <br /> and Mohr Avenues to more precisely define the <br /> PUD-MediDm Density Residential ZODing as fellows: <br /> <br /> a. That approval of case PUD-81-36 constitutes <br /> rezoning of the subject property as shown <br /> on the site map, Exhibit A, on file with the <br /> Planning Division, and that development plan <br /> approval will be necessary prior to subdivision <br /> of the property or issuance of building permits <br /> for the construction of any structures on the <br /> property. <br /> <br /> <br />
