The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />a copy of this Resolution to be published at least twice, but <br />not oftener~than once a week, in ':The Times", a newspaper of <br />general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton; and to <br />be published similarly in the "Livermore Herald and News", a <br />newspaper published outside the City but within the County of <br />Alameda, where said territory is located.
