RESOLUTION NO. 11-458 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND LEVYING THE 2011-2012 ASSESSMENT FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE DISTRICT 1994-1 (OAK TREE FARM) WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 21, 2011, on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Lighting and Landscape District No. 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); and WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. SECTION 2. The City Council hereby levies the 2011-2012 annual assessments in connection with Lighting and Landscape District No. 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), as described in the Engineer's Report. SECTION 3. The City Attorney is authorized to enter into on behalf of the City of Pleasanton a Certification and Mutual Indemnification Agreement with the County of Alameda in order to effectuate the collection of special taxes, assessments and fees on the Secured Tax Roll. SECTION 4. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on June 21, 2011.
