ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1995-1 MOLLER <br /> RANCH <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> James Kelcourse, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br /> District No. 1995-1, Moller Ranch, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this <br /> report, as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel <br /> transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation <br /> systems, trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas, and the <br /> furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, together with all <br /> appurtenances and incidental expenses within Tract 6618, City of Pleasanton. <br /> This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City <br /> Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part <br /> of this report and are included in it by reference. <br /> PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited <br /> parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the <br /> amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this <br /> assessment district.
