RESOLUTION NO. ~Z.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AND ORDER PRELIMINARILY ADOPTING ENGINEERS REPORT <br />AND ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEME5~S IN ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 63-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE <br /> OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the ]4th day of November, 1963, the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement <br />Act of 1913, adopted its Resolution of Intention No. ~ for the <br />construction of improvements in Assessment District Nor 63-1, City <br />of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council referred said construction of im- <br />provements to Ma~KA~ & SOMPS, Engineer of Work for said assessment <br />district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council directed said Engineer of Work <br />to make and file with the City Clerk of said City of Pleasanton a <br />report in writing in accordance with the provisions and requirements <br />of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 of the State of California; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said MacKAY & SOMPS, Engineer of Work, did, on <br /> <br />the 14th day of November, 1963, file with the City Clerk of the <br />City of Pleasanton their report in accordance with said resolution, <br />and said City Clerk has presented said report to this City Council <br />for consideration; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, and this City Council hereby finds: <br /> <br /> A. That the report made and filed byM~KAY & SOMPS on <br />November 14 , 1963, contains all of the requirements provided for <br />said report by the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of <br />1913, including (1) specifications; (2) plans and profiles and estim- <br />ates of cost; (3) assessment diagram and assessment; (4) descriptions <br />of easements or rights-of-way to be acquired, if any. <br /> <br /> B. That said report, and each and every part thereof, is <br />sufficient in every particular, and it is hereby determined that such <br />report shall stand as the report for all subsequent proceedings under <br />said Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and <br /> <br /> <br />
