RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. ~-

<br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND ACQUISITION OF IM-
<br /> PROVEMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 63-1, CITY OF
<br /> PLEASANTON~ ALAMEDA COUNTY~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of ~he City of Pleasanton,
<br />County of Alameda, State of California, that it is the intention of
<br />said City Council to order the following construction and acquisition
<br />Qf improvements to be made in Assessment District No. 63-1, City of
<br />
<br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, to wit:
<br />
<br />The improvements required by the City of Pleasanton, Subdivision
<br />Ordinance as specifically applied to the Mission Park Subdivi-
<br />sion, as indicated on the approved im~ ovement plans, including
<br />the construction of curb,gutter, sidewalk, street paving, in-
<br />cluding all necessary base and sub-base, sanitary 'sewers, storm
<br />drains and appurtenant facilities, water system, fire hydrants,
<br />underground electric facilities, street lighting system,.street
<br />trees, and grading as defined in the above mentzoned ordinance;
<br />the installation of gas mains and services; also the acquisi-
<br />tion of improvements already installed in Tract No. 2473.

<br />The limits of work shall include Mission Park Units #2, 3, 4
<br />(Tracts 2516, 2517 and 2527 respectively) and said work shall
<br />constitute the improvement of Sunol Boulevard, Junipero Street,
<br />Sonoma Drive, Mission Drive, Dolores Drive, San Jose Drive,
<br />San Antonio Street, San Gabriel Court, San Luis Court, and San
<br />Carlos Way, as shown on the final subdivision maps of said tracts.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvements to be constructed
<br />in said streets, avenues, roads, lanes, courts, places and/or public
<br />ways hereinabove described are of the dimensions, materials and in
<br />the particular locations to be set forth and shown on the plans and
<br />specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred to; together
<br />with the construction of all appurtenances thereto, including necessary
<br />fittings, trenchings, grading and regrading, excavation and fill, re-
<br />moval of obstructions, connections to existing services, back filling,
<br />reconstruction of existing ground surface as required to conditions
<br />existing prior to commencement of construction, all in the manner,
<br />of the materials, and to the dimensions and to the grades, and in the
<br />particular locations as the same will be more fully shown on the plans
<br />and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred to.
<br /> That the structures and work and improvements herein de-
<br /> scribed shall be constructed to the grades, sub-grades and elevations
<br /> severally to be shown upon the plans and profiles and detailed draw-
<br /> ings thereof to the respective locations thereof, which said grades
<br /> are hereby adopted and established as the official grades therefor for
<br /> all purposes in connection with proceedings pursuant to this Resolution
