CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />R£- QLLITIDN n._.344 6 <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2527, <br />MISSION PARK, UNIT 4, AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The City Council d~es hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2527, Mission Park, Unit 4, <br /> drawn by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated August 1963, <br /> is hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to <br /> execute the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of <br /> the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br /> subdivision agreement between the City and William J. Jacobson <br /> dated November 12, 1963. <br /> <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />final map; provided, however, that bonds described in paragraph <br />7 of said subdivision agreement dated November 12, 1963 in the <br />amount of $147.336.36, or more, covering all of said improvement~ <br />have been filed with the City Clerk and approved as to form by <br />· e City Attorney. To insure complete compliance with the secur- <br />ity provision (paragraph 7) of said agreement, the City officers <br />shall retain said map in their possession, but may deliver <br />said map to a reputable title company, to be recorded only upon <br />precise instructions signed by the City Manager and City Clerk. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5. Annexation agreement for Annexation No. 22, Pleasanton- <br />Sunol Annex B, between the City and William J. Jacobson, dated <br />March 4, 1963 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
