CiTY OF ?LEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~4 ~: <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2516, <br />MISSION PARK, UNIT 2, AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION O~ SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2516, Mission Park, Unit 2, <br />drawn by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated July 1963, is <br />hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute <br />the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and William J. Jacobson <br />dated November 12, 1963. <br /> <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />final map; provided, however, that bonds described in paragraph <br />7 of said subdivision agreement dated November 12, 1963 in the <br />mmount of $103,728.96, or more, covering all of said improvement~ <br />have been filed with the City Clerk and approved as to form by <br />the City Attorney. To insure complete compliance with the <br />security provision (paragraph 7) of said agreement, the City <br />officers shall retain said map in their possession, but may <br />deliver said map to a reputable title company, to be recorded on2 <br />upon precis~ instructions signed by the City Manager and City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instr~ent of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5. Annexation agreement for Annexation No. 22, Pleasanton- <br />Sunol Annex'B, between the City and William J. Jacobson, dated <br />March 4, 1963 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />- 1- <br /> <br /> <br />
