ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Community Development Director; Janice <br />Stern, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Kathy Narum, and Commissioners Phil Blank, and <br />Jennifer Pearce <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner , and Jerry Pentin <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />a.
