Commissioner Blank moved to approve the Minutes of February 9, 2011 meeting, <br />as amended. <br />Commissioner Pentin seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Olson. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner O'Connor. <br />The Minutes of the February 9, 2011 meeting were approved, as amended. <br />b. March 9, 2011 Minutes <br />Chair Narum reported that the Commission would table the consideration of the <br />March 9, 2011 Minutes to the next meeting. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Planning Commission. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were no revisions or omissions to the Agenda. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />There were no Consent Calendar items. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />a. PREV -806, Mark Kearns, Specialty Inspections <br />Work session to review and receive comments on a preliminary <br />application to construct an approximately 1,752- square -foot, three -story <br />dwelling unit with an attached two -car garage and an approximately <br />975 - square -foot basement for commercial storage (Specialty <br />Inspections) at the rear of the property located at 261 Spring Street. <br />Zoning for the property is C -C (Central - Commercial), Downtown <br />Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District. <br />Shweta Bonn presented the staff report and described the scope, layout, and key <br />elements of the proposal.
