CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1061 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO REZONE TWO PORTIONS OF TWO PARCELS OF LAND <br /> LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF JOHNSON DRIVE <br /> AND HOPYARD ROAD FROM PUD-INDUSTRIAL/COM~RCIAL <br /> AND OFFICES TO THE "C-F" (COMMERCIAL FREEWAY) <br /> DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton applied to have two portions <br /> of two parcels of land located at the northwest <br /> corner of Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road rezoned <br /> from the PUD-Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br /> District to the C-F (Commercia!..Freeway).District; <br /> said parcels are more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> a. 6,395 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton <br /> Business Park located irf~ediately westerly <br /> of the site occupied by the Hungry Hunter <br /> Restaurant, and <br /> <br /> b. 10,146 sq. ft. of a portin of Pleasanton <br /> Business Park located immediately north and <br /> west of the site occupied by Denny's Restaurant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> November 23, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 23, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of two portions of two parcels <br /> of land located at the northwest corner of Johnson <br /> Drive and Hopyard Road in the following manner: <br /> <br /> a. 6,395 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton Business <br /> Park located immediately westerly of the site <br /> occupied by the Hungry Hunter Restaurant from <br /> PUD-Industrial/Commercial and Offices to the <br /> D-F (Commercial Freeway) District; and <br /> <br /> <br />
