The contract for construction of public works <br />described below is hereby awarded to SUBSURFACE PIPELINES, INC., <br />1441 West Alquire Road, Hayward, California, for the sum of <br />$11,584.00, pursuant to their bid opened December 30, 1963. <br /> <br /> 2. Said work is described as follows: <br /> <br />Capital Improvement Project No. 1963-13A <br />pursuant to plans and specifications approved <br />December 9, 1963, for Stanley Boulevard Sanitary <br />Sewer Line, Phase 1. <br /> <br /> 3.
