3464 RES OLUT ION NO. RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDED ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE OF COST AND DIRECTING THAT A COPY THEREOF BE ATTACHED TO THE ENGINEER'S REPORT IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.63-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON~ ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed an Estimate of the cost of the improvements to be constructed and acquired in Assessment District No. 63-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; and WHEREAS bids have been received for the doing of the work, which bids contain costs other than the costs set forth in the said Engineer's Estimate of Cost; and WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has prepared an amended Engin- eer~,s Estimate of Cost in order to set forth the costs supplied by the lowest responsible bidder to whom the ~tract will be awarded; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED~by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton as follows, to wit: 1. That the Amendedf Engineer's Estimate of Cost of the construction and acquisition of improvements in Assessment District No. 63-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, be, and it is hereby, adopted m'~ cost estimate to govern said proceedings. 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to attach a copy of the Amended Engineer's Estimate of Cost to the Engineer's Report. 3. That all payments for said construction and acquisition of improvements and incidental expenses in connection therewith shall be made in accordance with said Amended Engineer's Estimate of Cost.
