RESOLUTION APPROIrING BOUNDARY MAP, ASSESS~ENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 64-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMJEDA <br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />of February, <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen <br />Councilmen <br />Councilmen <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton a map showing boundaries of the above entitled assess- <br />ment district; <br /> <br /> NOW, TPEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Pieasanton that that certain map entitled "Map Showing Boundaries <br />of District Proposed to be Assessed for Construction of Improvements <br />in Assessment District No. 64-1, Mission Park Assessment District No. 2, <br />City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California", be, and the <br />same is hereby, approved; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FLrRTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said boundary <br />map herein approved shall be filed by the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton with the County Clerk of the County of Alameda in accordance <br />with the provisions of Part 2, Division 4.5 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 24th day <br /> <br /> 1964, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />~LELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk, <br />City of Pleasanton, County cf <br />Alameda, State of California. <br /> <br />(S AL) <br /> <br />CO? <br /> <br /> <br />
