That ,the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br /> does not guarantee the availabilitV of sufficient sewer <br /> capacity tc serve this development blT the approval of <br /> this case,. and that the developer agrees and acknowledges <br /> that building permit ammrova~ may be withheld if sewer <br /> capac'ity is found by the City not to be available. <br /> <br />22. That all buildings and/or structures must. comply with <br /> all codes and ordinances in effect at the time required <br /> permits are issued by the Building Division. <br /> <br />23. That ~he developer submit a site ~evelopment plan in <br /> accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, <br /> Chapter 3, Title Ii) and that -these plans be approved <br /> by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permits, <br /> <br />24. That the site development plan in~iude all required <br /> information to desig'n and construct site grading and <br /> paving, drainage~ sanitary se~,zer, water, and fire <br /> service sys terns. <br /> <br />25. That the paving sections for the parking and drive <br /> areas be designed on the basis of an R-Value test and <br /> a Traffic index to carry the anticipated -traffic load. <br /> This design shall be subject to the approval of the <br /> City Engineer. The mininu~m paving sectioD shall be <br /> 2" A.C. on 6" A.B. The minimum A.C. pavement slope <br /> shall be 1%. <br /> <br /> 26. That the developer~s contractor obtain an encroachment <br /> permit from she City prior to the beginning of con- <br /> struction. <br /> <br /> 27.
