That ,the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the availabilitV of sufficient sewer capacity tc serve this development blT the approval of this case,. and that the developer agrees and acknowledges that building permit ammrova~ may be withheld if sewer capac'ity is found by the City not to be available. 22. That all buildings and/or structures must. comply with all codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits are issued by the Building Division. 23. That ~he developer submit a site ~evelopment plan in accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title Ii) and that -these plans be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permits, 24.
