CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1058 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DEVCON CONSTRUCTION, <br /> INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR PUD-82-18-1D, <br /> FOUR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS NORTHEAST OF THE SOUTHERN <br /> PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Devcon Construction, Inc. applied for development <br /> plan approval for construct{0n of four light industrial/ <br /> office buildings totalling 54,111 sq.ft. and related <br /> facilities on a 3.7 acre site located on the northeast <br /> side of the Southern Pacific TransDortation Company <br /> railroad tracks between Mohr Avenue and Trenery <br /> Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a Negative <br /> Declaration was adopted by Council on November 9, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 9, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan <br /> is consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for PUD-82-18-1D, <br /> consisting of four light industrial/office buildings <br /> totalling 54,111 sq. ft. and related facilities on a <br /> 3.7 acre site located on the northeast side of the <br /> Southern Pacific Transportation Company railroad <br /> tracks between Mohr Avenue and Trenery Drive, subject <br /> to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) <br /> of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoDtion in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br /> in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
