CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1058 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DEVCON CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR PUD-82-18-1D, FOUR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS NORTHEAST OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS WHEREAS, Devcon Construction, Inc. applied for development plan approval for construct{0n of four light industrial/ office buildings totalling 54,111 sq.ft. and related facilities on a 3.7 acre site located on the northeast side of the Southern Pacific TransDortation Company railroad tracks between Mohr Avenue and Trenery Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a Negative Declaration was adopted by Council on November 9, 1982; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 9, 1982; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for PUD-82-18-1D, consisting of four light industrial/office buildings totalling 54,111 sq. ft. and related facilities on a 3.7 acre site located on the northeast side of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company railroad tracks between Mohr Avenue and Trenery Drive, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoDtion in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
