For each potential impact topic, this Initial Study <br /> evaluates specific impacts associated with the currently proposed rezoning. Additional mitigation <br /> measures, if warranted, to reduce some impacts or to be carried forward for evaluation in a subsequent <br /> project specific CEQA analysis will also be included herein. No actual development of the subject site is <br /> proposed at this time other than relocating an existing home, and any proposal involving residential <br /> development would be subject ro a separate public review process and potentially to a further, more <br /> refined environmental review under CEQA. <br /> 2.
