With respect to future development, he indicated that the outreach <br /> will be extensive in that the draft and future plans will be presented to the HOA and to <br /> residents of Calico Lane and other neighbors off of Rose Avenue. <br /> Commissioner Pearce verified with Mr. Jansen that he has plans to talk to the neighbors <br /> on Cindy Way and Calico Lane regarding what is going on with the future development. <br /> Mr. Jansen said yes. <br /> THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> Commissioner Blank moved to find that the rezoning is consistent with the <br /> General Plan and will not have a significant effect on the environment, and to <br /> recommend approval to the City Council of the Negative Declaration and <br /> Case PRZ-59; to approve PDR-965, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A-1 <br /> of the staff report; and to approve the modification of Condition No. 24 of <br /> PTR-7534, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A-2 of the staff report. <br /> Commissioner Pentin seconded the motion. <br /> Commissioner Blank inquired if staff should be requiring a specific disclosure that <br /> because of the Fairgrounds' close proximity, there would be noise and parking impacts. <br /> Ms. Stern replied that staff can consider this for the future PUD. <br /> Commissioner Blank referred to Conditions Nos. 5 and 6 of Exhibit A-1 and noted that <br /> he does not remember having the specific condition requiring at least one appliance that <br /> meets Energy Star standards.
