Resolution No. 11-443 delegating authority to City Manager to act on behalf of City of <br /> Pleasanton in matters relating to California State Association of Counties — Excess <br /> Insurance Authority <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Authorized an additional contribution of $125,539 to fund the wind-down of the Associated <br /> Community Action Program (ACAP) <br /> Mr. Fialho corrected the contribution amount to $121,539. <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authroized the City <br /> Manager to execute a construction contract with Ponte Engineering Corporation in the <br /> amount of $86,490 for the Bi-Annual Control Valve Installations project, CIP No. 101011; <br /> and authorized the Director of Community Development to approve and execute change <br /> orders in an amount not to exceed $13,000 <br /> 6. Reviewed and approved Engineer's Reports, Budgets; waived full reading and adopted <br /> Resolution No. 11-444 pertaining to District No. 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado); <br /> Resolution No. 11-445 pertaining to District No. 1993-1 (Windsor); 11-446 pertaining to <br /> District No. 1993-2; (Bonde Ranch); Resolution No. 11-447 pertaining to District No. <br /> 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm) and Resolution No. 11-447 pertaining to District No. 1995-1 <br /> (Moller Ranch) declaring the intention to order improvements for said District for fiscal year <br /> 2010-11; declaring the intention to levy and collect assessments; and setting June 21, <br /> 2011 as the public hearing date for said Districts <br /> Finance <br /> 7. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 11-448 adopting the 2011/12FY <br /> Appropriations Limit <br /> Police <br /> 8. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 11-449 authorizing the transfer of <br /> ownership of Police Canine "Kaij" to Officer Dave Batoy <br /> MOTION: It was M/S by Thorne/McGovern to approve Consent Calendar as noted.
