-- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1056 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KEN EARP, ET AL. FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A MANUFACTURED HOUSING PROJECT ON 29 ACRES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE SAUTERNE WAY WHEREAS, Ken Earp, Theodore Bates and Richard Ultsch applied for development plan approval for construction of a 244 unit manufactured housing project on an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a Negative Declaration was adopted by Council on October 26, 1982; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and ~]iEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 26, 1982; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a 238 unit manufactured housing project on an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: Waives the provisions of Section 2-12.13, Article 29, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton for this project only pursuant to Section 2(d) of Resolution No. 81-287. Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
