RESOLVED: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 3291 adopted May 7, 1962, is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding to the "Schedule of Electrical Fees" to be charged for <br /> <br />building permits, paragraph 23 to Table 2-A, 1962, to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />For new construction only of dwellings and <br />apartment buildings, fees shall be calculated <br />on the basis of $1.10 for each 100 square feet <br />of living area or fraction thereof plus the <br />established fees for permit issuance (Item 1) <br />and for services (Item 10). <br /> <br />DATED: April 27, 1964. <br /> <br />~ JOHN B.
