Resolution No. 3497 dated March 16, 1964, authorizin§ <br />COOPER & COOK to place the city's comprehensive-general autor~lbile <br />liability and other insurance with the Insurance Company of <br />North America, is hereby modified as set forth below. <br /> <br /> 2. Insurance coverage by the Insurance Company of North <br />America through COOPER & COOK, insurance brokers, is hereby <br />changed to incorporate the provisions of City Manager's report <br />no. 32 dated April 24, 1964, increasing policy limits, using a <br />three year basis, continuing comprehensive coverage, and ex- <br />cluding uninsured motorists coverage. <br /> <br />Dated: April 27, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOHN B.
