TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 14 ACRES ON THE I~EST <br /> SIDE OF RHEEM DRIVE BETWEEN TRENERY DRIVE AND MOHR <br /> AVENUE FROM THE IP (INDUSTRIAL PARK) TO THE PUD <br /> (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Devcon Construction, Inc. applied to have an <br /> approximately 14 acre site on the west side of the <br /> future Rheem Drive between Trenery Drive and Mohr <br /> Avenue rezoned from I-P (Industrial Park) to the <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial District; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed rezoning would not change the land uses <br /> allowed on the subject property and would affect <br /> only site development standards within a narrow <br /> range, therefore, the project is deemed to be exempt <br /> from CEQA and no environmental document accompanies <br /> this case; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br />I~HEREAS, a duly noticed mublic hearing was held on October 12, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 14 acre <br /> site on the west side of the future Rheem Drive <br /> between Trenery Drive and Mohr Avenue from I-P (Industrial <br /> Park) to the PUD (Planned Unit DeveloDment)-Industrial <br /> District, subject to the following three conditions: <br /> <br /> 1~ That the allowed and conditionally allowed uses <br /> of the subject property shall be those of the <br /> I-P District. <br /> <br /> 2. That approval of case PUD-82-18 does not constitute <br /> approval of a development plan for all or any <br /> portion of the subject property and that site and <br /> architectural plans for each site shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Commission and City Council for <br /> approval prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
