APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2591, PLEASANTON V~LLEY, UNIT NO. 1, AND Ab~CHORIZtNG EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2591, Pleasanton Valley Unit No. 1, drawn by Martin & Bissell, Civil Engineers, dated April, 1964, is hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execut~ the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the subdivision agreement between the City and D and V Builders, Inc. 600 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated April 20, 1964 3. Said subdivision agreement shall provide for constructtonl of sewage system in Black Avenue according to alternate no. 2, as set forth in the City Engineer's memorandum dated April 20, 1964, and according to plans and specifications to be submitted tc and approved by the City Engineer. 4. Subdivider shall not concentrate smaller lots shown on tenative map of said Tract 2591 for area included in this final map in other areas not a part of this final map. The parties understand that by increasing lot sizes on this final map, sub- divider has not jeopardized his lot sizes in the remainder of the approved tenative map. 5. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said final map; provided that all plans, specifications, instruments and documents of tetle required by agreements or city ordinances are in the hands of the City Clerk and approved as to form by the City Attorney. 6. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a separate instrument of conveyance.
