APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2591, <br /> PLEASANTON V~LLEY, UNIT NO. 1, AND <br /> Ab~CHORIZtNG EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2591, Pleasanton Valley Unit No. <br />1, drawn by Martin & Bissell, Civil Engineers, dated April, 1964, <br />is hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execut~ <br />the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and D and V Builders, Inc. <br />600 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated April 20, 1964 <br /> <br /> 3. Said subdivision agreement shall provide for constructtonl <br />of sewage system in Black Avenue according to alternate no. 2, <br />as set forth in the City Engineer's memorandum dated April 20, <br />1964, and according to plans and specifications to be submitted tc <br />and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 4. Subdivider shall not concentrate smaller lots shown on <br />tenative map of said Tract 2591 for area included in this final <br />map in other areas not a part of this final map. The parties <br />understand that by increasing lot sizes on this final map, sub- <br />divider has not jeopardized his lot sizes in the remainder of the <br />approved tenative map. <br /> <br /> 5. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />final map; provided that all plans, specifications, instruments <br />and documents of tetle required by agreements or city ordinances <br />are in the hands of the City Clerk and approved as to form by <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 6. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> <br />
