<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF BONDS, ASSESSMENT
<br />DISTRICT NO. 64-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMZDA COUNTY,
<br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Counczl of ~]~e City Pleasanton, Alameda
<br />County, California, has rec~nvcc a w~_c~en proposal by S. C. POHLM~.N
<br />COMPANY offering to purchase in~provement bonds to be issued by the
<br />City of Pleasanton to represent unpaid assessments levied pursuant
<br />to Resolution of Intention No. 3492, adopted by the City Council of
<br />the City of Pleasanton on the 24th day of February, 1964, for the pay-
<br />ment of the acquisition o2 improvement~ in Assessment District No. 64-1,
<br />City of Pleasanton, Alameca County, California, and all of the incidental
<br />expenses in connection therewith; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this City Council that nhe pub-
<br />lic interest and convenience wi21 be served by accepting the offer of
<br />nhe said S. C. POHI2.D~N CO~'~?Ai~f of February 24, t964,and will also be
<br />served by selling the bonco a~ 'ane price nherein ~.a~.ed,
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .P~ESOLVED by the City Counczl of the City
<br />c~ P!easanton ~hag said proposal of February 24, 1964, of the. S, C.
<br />~OHLM~%N COld, ANY be, and the same is hereby, accepted and uhat said
<br />oonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to S. C. POHIaMAN CO~OANY in
<br />the amount and subject to the ~erms and conditions stated in the bid of
<br />the said S. C. POHLMAN COMPAN~ of February 24, 1964; and
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER kESOLVED nhat the interest rate of said bonds be,
<br />and the same is hereby, fixes an the rates set forth in the sale bid; and
<br />

<br />dacef the 2nd day of July, 1964 and shall bear interest from said

<br /> i HE,BY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
