=LL <br /> <br /> AFFROVTNG F'I'N_A.L MAF AND AUTHOR]'ZTNG <br /> E~ECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT, FOR <br /> TRACT NO. 2604, VINEYARD TERRACE, UNIT #2 <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Mmp of Tract No. 2604, Vineyard Terrace, Unit #2, <br />drawn by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated March, 1964, is <br />hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute <br />the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to exeucte the <br /> subdivision agreement between the City and VINEYARD TERRACE <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a partnership, acting through WALTER G. LUND, <br />636 Bonita Avenue, Pleasanton, California, dated April 13, 1964. <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />final map; provided, however, that all documents, certificates <br />and policies required by Ordinance No. 358, as amended, (Subdivi- <br />sion Ordinance) are in possession of the City. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, ar lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a separa:e <br />instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br />· 5. The City officers are instructed to perform such other <br />acts as may be necessary to subdivide said land. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED: April 13, 1964. <br /> <br /> ,/~/.~jOHN L.
