E DA <br />STATE OF CALIFORN!A <br /> <br />3531 <br /> <br />I~ESDLUTION NO .... <br /> <br /> APPROVING FINAL MAP AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT, FOR <br /> TRACT NO. 2595, AMADOR ESTATES, UNIT I/1 <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2595, Amador Estates Unit t/l, <br />drawn by MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated May, 1964, is <br />hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute <br />the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and DEVMAR, INC., 2681Grand <br />Agenue, Oakland 10, California, acting through J. M. McDEVITT, <br />President, dated May 25, 1964. <br /> <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />final map; provided, however, that all documents, certificates <br />and policies required by Ordinance No. 358, as amended, (Subdivi- <br />sion Ordinance) are in possession of the City. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5.
