Martin, 1091 Enderby <br />Way, Sunnyvale, California, for annexation of a 20 acre parcel <br />described below to the City of Pleasanton, has been duly con- <br />sidered by the City Council. <br /> <br /> 2. The report of the Planning Commission, the state- <br />ments of persons l~ing in the Sycamore Road and Happy Valley <br />Road areas, the reports of the Planning Consultant, and the <br />presentation of the applicant have been all duly considered. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Council finds that annexation of said <br />property is in the best ~terest of the City of Pleasanton, and <br />the officers are hereby instructed to proceed with proposed <br />Annexation No. 35. <br /> <br /> 4. Said property is described as a 20 acre parcel <br />owned by R. A.
