The City Council having studied City Manager's <br />Report dated May 22, 1964, concerning minor subdivisions, does <br />hereby approve said report in principal. <br /> <br /> 2. The policy of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br />established and affirmed, requiring street dedication and <br />improvements constructed by landowners and developers in all mino~ <br />subdivisions both in newer areas and older areas of the city. <br /> <br /> 3. The City officers are hereby instructed to enforce <br />these provisions in an equitable manner in all minor subdivisions~ <br />DATED: May 25, 1964.~~ <br /> <br /> ,-~'" JOHN B.
