Miscellaneous CIP
Recommended Midyear adjustments to the Miscellaneous CIP funds include increases
in projected revenues ($357,053), net transfers ($1,760,252) and expenditures
($1,855,595). Revenue changes are due primarily to increases in projected Public
Facility Fees ($200,188) and cemetery vault sales ($153,425). Net transfers are mainly
due to the General Fund paying directly to the debt service funds the debt service for
the 2003 and 2004 Certificates of Participation ($791,760) and reversing a transfer from
the Golf Course Fund ($419,063) to properly account for the monies received from the
property owners surrounding the Callippe Golf Course. These funds will be further
analyzed and used to reimburse the Sewer and Water funds for the advancement of the
funds in 2003 to construct the utilities in the area surrounding Callippe Golf Course.
The increase in expenditures is due to properly accounting for the future payments due
on the purchase of the Alameda County Transportation Corridor.
