acquisition of the Staples Ranch Neighborhood Park. <br /> • A total of$90,000 to complete a low water pedestrian crossing at the Arroyo Del Valle near St. <br /> John Ct., in cooperation with the St. John's Flome Owners Association. <br /> • $85,000 to construct an observation deck overlooking the Bernal Bridge Mitigation Pond. <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> • $200,000 is included to address storm water erosion and quality improvements. <br /> • $425,000 to make necessary facility improvement at fire stations 4 (repair parapet walls) and 3 <br /> (replace exterior siding. <br /> • $40,000 to install hearing_loop technology as an ADA improvement to 200 Old Bernal City <br /> Council Chamber. <br /> • A total estimated contribution to the CIPR of 12,785,000 occurring primarily during FY 2013-14 <br /> and FY 2114-15. The fund';ng is dependent upon General Fund contributions to the CIP. <br /> Water and Sewer <br /> • A total of$950,000 is allocated for annual sanitary sewer main replacements and improvements <br /> and $1,760,000 for annual water main replacements. <br /> • $4,678,000 for completion of the East Amador Lift Station and East Amador Relief pump station <br /> to be constructed on Stoneridge Drive near Denker Drive. This project was identified as a high <br /> priority project in the 2007 Wastewater Master Plan. <br /> • A total of$400,000 over the four years of the OP for annual water and sewer pump and motor <br /> repairs. <br /> American with Disabilities Act Expenditures <br /> The City also has a priority of highlighting CIP accessibility projects. In addition to the CIP as one <br /> source of funding that addresses this issue, the City Facilities Renovation Fund includes $50,000 <br /> annually for ADA compliance projects.
