Lowell, City Attorney O"n <br /> Subject: Authorization of Extension to the First Responder Advanced Life Support <br /> Services Agreement between the City and the County of Alameda and of <br /> Equipment Loan Agreement(Item 14,June 21,2011 City Council Agenda) <br /> The Letter of Agreement included in your agenda packet for Item 14 is no longer necessary. The <br /> parties have negotiated an Amendment to the First Responder Advanced Life Support Services <br /> Agreement(just as was done in 2009) and an Equipment Loan Agreement that will take the place <br /> of the Letter of Agreement previously provided to you. Copies of the Amendment and <br /> Equipment Loan Agreement are attached. All terms as set forth in the staff report remain the <br /> same,just the mechanism for memorializing them has changed.
