§1-3.33.25 Meetings. <br /> <br /> (a) Annual Meeting - The annual meeting of the Board <br /> shall be held on the regular meeting date in <br /> January. <br /> <br /> (b) Regular Meetings - Regular meetings of the Board <br /> of Commissioners shall be held monthly with time <br /> and place and date set by resolution of the Board. <br /> <br /> (c) Special Meetings <br /> <br /> (1) A special meeting shall be called as required <br /> by law. The only business transacted shall <br /> be limited to items and subjects set forth in <br /> the notice of special meeting. <br /> <br /> (2) Written notice shall be given forty-eight <br /> (48) hours in advance of the meetings of the <br /> Board of Commissioners to the following: <br /> Each Commissioner, local newspapers of general <br /> circulation, and anyone filing written request <br /> for notice. Notice of meetings shall comply <br /> in all respects with Section 54950.5 et seq., <br /> of the Government Code, known commonly as the <br /> Ralph M. Brown Act. <br /> <br /> (d) Rules - All meetings shall be conducted in accordance <br /> with Robert's Rules of Order Revised. <br /> <br /> (e) Conduct of Business - All meetings shall be public <br /> and shall follow an agenda of a type and form <br /> approved by the Board. <br /> <br /> (f) Resolutions - All resolutions shall be in writing <br /> and shall be entered in the Minutes of the Housing <br /> Authority Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> (g) Quorum - Four (4) Commissioners present shall <br /> constitute a quorum for the transaction of business <br /> at any meeting of the Board. Action may be taken <br /> upon a majority of the quorum. <br /> <br /> (h) By-Laws - The Board may adopt and amend By-Laws <br /> only with the approval of a majority of the members <br /> of the Board at a regular or a special meeting, <br /> but no such amendment shall be adopted unless <br /> forty~eight (48) hours written notice is given <br /> using notification rules of Subsection (c). <br /> <br />§1-3.33.30 Duties.
