The assessment for the coming <br /> year for District 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm) will remain at $473.66 per parcel per year. With <br /> a total of 42 parcels in the [District (including one City-owned parcel, a sewer lift station), <br /> this year's total assessment will be $19,885.81. This amount will be sufficient to fund the <br /> maintenance of all common areas including water and electrical costs, County <br /> assessment fees, City administration fees, and sets aside in a replacement fund <br /> sufficient reserves for the long-term replacement of plantings, irrigation systems, fencing, <br /> entry signage and other District improvements. <br /> The City bid the District maintenance project in October 2007, and received five (5) <br /> bids. The low responsive bidder was Vista Grande Landscape Management of <br /> Livermore, with a bid of $6,900 for the annual maintenance of the District. To date, the <br /> contractor has performed all of the specified maintenance work in a satisfactory <br /> manner. The City has chosen to extend the contract for an additional year as provided <br /> under their contract.
