CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFOF~IA ORDINANCE NO. 1047 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF CITY OF PLEASANTON TO A~ND ORDINANCE NO. 973 TO REQUIRE SITE AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN APPROVAL BY PLANNING COmmISSION AND CITY COUNCIL ~IEREAS, because of the strategic location adjacent to a major entrance to the City and their size, the City Council has required more rigorous site and architectural design procedure for certain planned unit developments; and ~EREAS, since the proposed Meyer Business Park is also highly visible and of substantial size, it is necessary to impose the same design procedure upon its development; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Modifies Condition number 2 of Ordinance No. 973 (approving case PUD-80-16, Meyer Business Park) to read as follows: 2. That since the development plan does not show the specific architecture of buildings or specific site design, development of individual sites on the entire approximately 82 acre property shall require review by the Planning Commission and City C~uncil prior to issuance of building permits. Section 2: This ordinance shallbe published once within fifteen (15) days aft'er its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City Of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 10, 1982.
