CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1046 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ~YER PROPERTIES, INC. FOR DEVELOP~-~NT PLAN APPROVAL OF PHASE II OF MEYER BUSINESS PARK, PUD-82-15 WHEP~AS, Meyer Properties, Inc. applied for development plan approval for Phase II of Meyer Business Park, consisting of construction of 484,000 sq. ft. of office, research and development, and light industrial uses located at the northwest corner of the inter- section of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive; and WtlEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted on April 28, 1981 by Resolution No. 81-129, which covered Phase I and Phase II of the Meyer Business Park; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Com~ission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan; and WtlEREAS,a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 10, 1982; and WtlEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for Meyer Business Park, Phase II, PUD-82-15, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
