ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> c. Hinderliter deLlamas, MuniServices, LLC, and Mr. Roush are prohibited by their <br /> respective contracts from performing consulting services for a retailer during the term of their <br /> respective contract; and <br /> d. Hinderliter deLlamas, MuniServices, LLC, and Mr. Roush are prohibited by their <br /> respective contracts from retaining the information contained in, or derived from, those sales or <br /> transactions and use tax records, after their respective contract has expired. <br /> SECTION 4. Information obtained by examination of Board records shall be used only <br /> for purposes related to the collection of City sales and use taxes by the Board pursuant to the <br /> contract between the City and the Board. <br /> SECTION 5.
