CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1044 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF P~YNOLDS AND BROI~ <br /> FOR A MODIFICATION TO PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, <br /> INVOLVING ALTERATION OF PRIIi~RY ACCESS AND CIR- <br /> CULATION PATTERN <br /> <br />VRIEREAS, Reynolds and Brown applied for development plan <br /> approval for modification to PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, <br /> · 'Pleasanton Park" involving an alteration to the <br /> primary access and circulation pattern of an <br /> approximately 56 acre "business park" located near <br /> the southwest quadrant of the intersection of 1-580 <br /> and Hopyard Road; and <br /> <br />~IEP~AS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on July 13, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />~IEP~AS, Council received the Planning Co~mission's recommend- <br /> ation for approval of the modification of PUD-82-1 <br /> and PUD-80-14; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 13, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, the City Council finds that this modification to <br /> PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14 is consistent with the <br /> General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the modification to PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, <br /> "Pleasanton Park", involving an alteration to the <br /> primary access and circulation pattern of an <br /> approximately 56 acre "business park" located near <br /> the southwest quadrant of the intersection of 1- <br /> 580 and Hopyard ~oad, subject to the conditions on <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Uotice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section <br /> 5.4(g) of Resolution I]o. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
