CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1044 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF P~YNOLDS AND BROI~ FOR A MODIFICATION TO PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, INVOLVING ALTERATION OF PRIIi~RY ACCESS AND CIR- CULATION PATTERN VRIEREAS, Reynolds and Brown applied for development plan approval for modification to PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, · 'Pleasanton Park" involving an alteration to the primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre "business park" located near the southwest quadrant of the intersection of 1-580 and Hopyard Road; and ~IEP~AS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on July 13, 1982; and ~IEP~AS, Council received the Planning Co~mission's recommend- ation for approval of the modification of PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14; and ~IEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 13, 1982; and ~IEREAS, the City Council finds that this modification to PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14 is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the modification to PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, "Pleasanton Park", involving an alteration to the primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre "business park" located near the southwest quadrant of the intersection of 1- 580 and Hopyard ~oad, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Uotice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution I]o. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
