68. An elevator override shall be provided for the project subject to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />69. <br /> <br />The project developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to <br />be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both <br />daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />Police Requirements: <br /> <br />70. <br /> <br />If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped wilh <br />an alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that <br />this system shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />71. <br /> <br />The southern portion of the western parking lot shall be moved east by <br />approximately two feet to increase the capacity of the bioswale between the <br />western parking lot and the western side property line. <br /> <br />72. <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for the design and installation cost of a <br />new curb along the Sunol Boulevard paved area from the point where an <br />extension of the northern property line of the site would intersect the edge <br />of Sunol Boulevard s[reet pavement south to the existing curb at the <br />intersection of Sunol Boulevard and Junipero Street. The top of this curb <br />shall be flush with the top of the street pavement so that stormwater would <br />flow from the street into the landscaped area west of the street pavement. <br />Prior to issuance of a building permit, details of the design of this <br />improvement shall be subject to the review and approval by the City <br />Engineer and the Planning Director. The City will reimburse the applicant <br />for the cost of this off-site improvement. The applicant is not responsible <br />for widening the Sunol Boulevard paved area or for installing new conduit <br />storm drain improvements in this area. <br /> <br />73. <br /> <br />The new driveways to be installed by the developer shall meet the design <br />and material requirements in the City's "Standard Specifications and <br />Details" manual. <br /> <br />74. <br /> <br />All utilities required to serve the proposed development on-site shall be <br />installed under~ound, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />75. <br /> <br />The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the <br />geotechnical report prepared by Treadwell and Rollo dated July 17, 2001. <br /> <br /> <br />
