CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEA§ANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1883 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BRIDGE HOUSING CORPORATION FOR REZONING AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-20 WHEREAS, BRIDGE Housing Corporation has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning from the Agricultural (A) District to the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density Residential) District, and PUD development plan approval to construct a two-story, 59,581-square foot, 105-unit assisted living facility on an approximately 3.59-acre parcel located at 100 Junipero Street; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned Agricultural District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 6, 2003; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on May 6, 2003; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Section 2: Section 3: Approves the rezoning of the site to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density Residential) District. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map//459, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated May 6, 2003, and incorporated herein by this reference. Approves the PUD development plan to construct a two-story, 59,581 square foot, 105-unit assisted living facility on an approximately 3.59-acre parcel located at 100 Junipero Street, subject to the conditions shown in "Exhibit B", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
