Councilmember McGovern noted there is a difference between losing an existing sense of <br /> privacy and having a limited sense of privacy to begin with. She said she could support option 3 <br /> or 4b. <br /> Vice-Mayor Cook-Kallio expressed empathy for both parties. She concurred with <br /> Councilmember McGovern regarding the loss of what currently exists. She said she could find <br /> no reason to overturn the decision of the Commission. <br /> Ms. Leroudier indicated that option 4b was not acceptable. <br /> MOTION: It was M/S by Thorne/Sullivan to adopt Resolution No. 11-441 to deny the appeal <br /> and approve the project as conditioned by the Planning Commission, including the landscaping <br /> plan determined by the Director of Community Development.
