(h) TO SECTlOll 2-20.0~-(EZE~TIONS), CtlAPTER 13 (CROWTt! ~NACEI~NT PROGP@J~), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPmeNT) OF TIlE CRDI~IAUCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASAI!TON THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF PLEASAJITON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Subsection (h) is added to Section 2-20.04 (Exemptions), Chapter 13 (Growth ~!anagement Program), Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to read as follows: (h) Multi-family rental projects of four dwelling units or less and the addition of up to four dwelling units to existing multi-family rental - projects subject to appropriate zoning and the review and approval procedures contained in Chapter 2 of this Title provided that the owner shall agree not to attempt to convert such units to condominiurp. ownership for a period of at least ten (10) years. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding on successors. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
