(h) TO SECTlOll 2-20.0~-(EZE~TIONS), <br /> CtlAPTER 13 (CROWTt! ~NACEI~NT PROGP@J~), TITLE <br /> II (ZONING AND DEVELOPmeNT) OF TIlE CRDI~IAUCE CODE <br /> OF THE CITY OF PLEASAI!TON <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF PLEASAJITON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Subsection (h) is added to Section 2-20.04 (Exemptions), <br /> Chapter 13 (Growth ~!anagement Program), Title II <br /> (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code <br /> of the City of Pleasanton to read as follows: <br /> <br /> (h) Multi-family rental projects of four dwelling <br /> units or less and the addition of up to four <br /> dwelling units to existing multi-family rental <br />- projects subject to appropriate zoning and <br /> the review and approval procedures contained <br /> in Chapter 2 of this Title provided that the <br /> owner shall agree not to attempt to convert <br /> such units to condominiurp. ownership for a <br /> period of at least ten (10) years. This <br /> agreement shall run with the land and shall <br /> be binding on successors. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br /> in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton June 22, 1982. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on July 13, 1982 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, ~ercer, Kohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> <br />
