CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-061 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SETTING THE LOWER-INCOME HOUSING <br />FEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance establishing a lower-income housing <br /> fee, which fee is to be set by City Council resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 20, 2003, the City Council reviewed the report of the Deputy <br /> City Manager (SR 03:128) regarding an adjustment to the City's lower-income <br /> housing fee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The Lower Income Housing Fee is set as follows: <br /> <br />Single-Family Detached Unit (over 1,500 sq. ft.) $8,650/unit <br />Single-Family Detached Unit (1,500 sq. ft. and under) $2,144/unit <br />Multi-Family Unit $2,144/unit <br />Commercial, Office, Industrial (C/O/I) $ 2.28/sq. ft. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption <br />and the fees shall become effective sixty (60) days hereafter. <br /> <br /> <br />
